Management Excercise

I know one management exercise. Hope this will help you and us all..

PART 1:Select 3 people from the group. Keep 3 empty bottles on the floor (e.g.pepsi 1.5 ltr) in a row. and asked those 3 people to practice to walk by crossing the bottles for 2-3 min.

PART 2: Then closed their eyes with handkerchief, tightly. Without telling them, remove all the bottles from the floor. and ask the 3 people again to cross the bottles, one after another or one by one.

PART 3: In part 2 by assuming that 3 bottles are there on the floor, everyone try to crosses it. After exercise gets over remove the handkerchief. In between do not allowed any of the member from rest of the group to speak or disturb the participants.

PART 4: Conclusion: Many people can take out many conclusions through this. e.g. Going on the same track by presuming many things in mind while working or in day to day life., Keeping blind faith on others. etc. You will get more different answers than this from the participants.

N'joy.
