Training Needs will be identified from various methodologies. Some of need identifications are as follows:
1. Recommendation from Performance Appraisals 2. Discussions from the supervisors / Team Leaders 3. Development Centres
You may draw from the the above and consolidate the same. Prioritize the importance i.e., whether the training needs identified are immeidate required or for the future requirements and whether those training needs are in related to the business.
