Could you share your thoughts/experience on the application of Capability Matrix Model in HR? How is the concept applied in various industries?

A Capacity Matrix is a visual learning tool and charting technique created by David Langford . It helps learners understand explicitly what they need to know, understand and be able to do. Progress towards these learning goals can be tracked over time using the matrix. In the way of BCG Model matrix , capacity matrix model is used.
