As per Leave ACT
Hai, i am working in CRO company, Till now we dont have any leave policy. i need to impliment leave policy for our employee,. can pls help me in this. How many CL,PL,SL as per factories act? Regards Burra Reddy |

Dear Mr.Prashant, The leave which you have mention is according to the leave act ..am i right?? If yes , than my comany has PL=21,CL=5,SL=4 ......is that ok?? Can this leave befircation depends on co .to co.?? Awating for your reply.
