HR in the company need to function autonomously
Dear All,
HR cell inspite of being considered vital for the organisation, there is no denying the fact that HR manager does not feel free to act in the desired manner to produce the more efective results.Especially the HR measures which has the direct bearing on the conduct and performance of the top management and influnetial employee.
Don't we sometimes feel that had HR been given autonomous power in the organisation in terms of transparent recruitment procedures, independent performance apraisal,respecting HR recommendations etc, the organisation would have imensely benefitted.
