Employee Reward and Recognition

Dear All,

I am working with an MNC in FMCG and have recently joined it.We have a reward system based on the Company Values and it is based on grades (total grades are from 1-9)on Quarterly basis for Sales and Support function for the Lower Grade i.e 8 & 9 and we have a Leaders Award again based on the Values for Band 7 and 6 (Junior and Middle Management).But the problem we are facing is that we are into a number of businesses with a different mode of Operation for each business entity,it becomes difficult to select the candidate as the awrds are not based on certain similar standards but on the Value System.We can not quantify it.Thus there is never an apple to apple comparison while selecting the final candidate .In short i am working on changing the reward system presently prevailing in the Organization.If you have any suggest ,kindly do reply or have any such sytem so that it could be implemented in my organisation,kindly do send it to me.The Business of the Group is in Tobacco,Healthcare,Food Items like Corn flakes,Cakes,Biscuits,and fourth entity is Beverages i.e Water,Fruit Juices,Milk.We cant finalise the candidate based on the Values as most of the nominations would be satisfying a different Value .
