Behavioural training programme for school drivers

Hello friends ,

I wana arrange training programme for our school drivers ; what sort of training should be given to them ?

please guide me as early as possible.

Training for communication, conduct/behavior, discipline, safety measures etc should be few modules which need to be imparted, considering that the usual driving lessons/precautionary measures have already been imparted seperately.

Hi Priyanka,

You may also impart training on :-
- First Aid Measures
- Pre Trip Inspection
- Bus Evacuation Drills
- Controling Extreme Behavior while driving
- Violence Prevention on Bus
