Concept of CTC

I request all of you to give me some inputs on how we can introduce CTC concept in the salaries. Currently we are considering Basic. HRA, Conveyance, City Compensatory Allowance. Accomodation is provided for out station employees. 
 
1. Can we include the cost of accomodation for these employees in CTC. I think in that case we can't give them HRA. Is it right? 

2. Can we include Food allowance in CTC.We provide subsidised lunch.

Hi ekta,

For internal costing and budget purposes every thing that you pay an employee or incur like co lease should be included.

When CTC sheet is issued to an employee include only those items which an employee directly receives in his hands. If co leased house is provided just mention CO HOUSE or CO CAR.
