List of Holidays 2010-Noida

Dear Members!

I have recently joined a company in Noida as HR. Currently am working on list of Holidays 2010 which has to be in accordnace with UP shop establishment act. Please help me on what is list of Noida 2010 Holidays that has to be observed in norms with the UP act.
