Change Management

Change may  be evolutionary or revolutionary, individual, group, lorganisational, proactive or reactive, planned or unplanned. The best strategy  is to be proactive and planned in implementing the changes. The success of change management very much depends on proper communication to the persons affacted by change, their involement and participation and emphatic approach of the management.. Changes are inavitable however we can make them smooth by proper management.

Re: Change Management

Dear All,

I agree with Mr. Anil's point of view that the most typical task in change management is to decide the role of Top management /middle management & line management. Involving them as per required role requires lot of efforts & proper planning.

Most of the change resistance & failure are because of improper communication & involvement of people.

Regards,

Rajeev
