Being Professional
Every one of us wants to be professional in their work but how many of them actually work their way out to become professional. Professionalism is not in one's attire, position but it eventually undermines how coherently you take up your work, understand the work, delegate the work, customize the work, andbring the work to the logical completion with the employees in your organization. I have given 38 practices which are universal in nature and these practices are inculcated, practiced on a day to day basis you are on the road to professionalism. Professionalism is in the being and in no way related to the trappings of the external thing. I have posted this write up at www.articlesbase.com It is a must read for the managers who want themselves to be called PROFESSIONALS. Kindly forward your honest views. IYER SUBRAMANIAN
