Compensation mapping? This term is new to many of us, i presume (correct me if am wrong)

Did you men compensation benchmarking - which is an exercise meant to identify the compensation practices in the industry so as to enable the organization to model the compensation model

Mohankumar, Are u referring to Competency mapping or Compensation Benchmarking? Competency mapping is a process of identifying key competencies for an org and/or a job throughout the various process of the org. In order to do a Compensation benchmarking one has to do a competency map of the jobs. I have done Compensation benchmarking for the construction and building material industry .If u like to know more about it ,i would be glad to help Sraboni
