Dear all,

My company based in Mumbai is hiring a resident salesperson (Hong Kong Nationality) in Hong Kong. We don't have an office in Hong Kong as yet.

I need help on these issues :

1. Can someone help or guide as how his salary structure should be designed.
2. Mode of payment.
3. Will Indian laws would be applicable?..
4. Tax implications. 
5. Statutory issues like PF is to be considered?

Would appreciate inputs/help from seniors & colleagues please.
