HR compensation - guidelines required??

Colleagues,

I'm trying to negotiate compensation at one of the organizations that is about to extend me an offer. What should be a good salary for HR - Asst. Manager/Manager/Specialist? I possess a Masters in HR with 1.5 years experience into a recruitment firm. Thank you all.

Cheers

Ankur

Try to research about such salaries in the city/state and find out the median. Once you have identified the median, you may then compare your offer with the same. Nowadays, some websites also provide compensation information about certain positions - you should research and check that.
