I am seeking to learn more on KPIs and thus want to ask :

- Are all KPIs in a goal sheet quantifiable?

- Can a goal sheet have quantitative (number can be determined) and qualitiative (number can not be determined) KPIs?

- How do you measure KPIs that are qualitative in nature?

- What kind of targets can qualitative KPIs have?

Your knowledge sharing will help me to clarify my doubts please.
