Hi

I have a problem of Re-hiring same individuals for providing services -usually for short time and project based- (Data collection, surveys, monitoring reports, ...), which leaded me to create a new contract every time (every new project) becaue the scope of work and service price change (Project based).

Can anyone advice me how to reduce the papaer work for that ? I though of having a framework agreement service provider but here the scope of work will not be stated clearly, and the price with not be defined, then when a new project comes I can create a document called (Service order); which defines both the scope of work and price clearly, doing that for every new project in the framework agreement period. Is that ok ?
